We examined the results of cardiac catheterization in infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia from 2009-2020. Catheterization confirmed pulmonary arterial hypertension in all cases and identified left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in 53%. LVDD was associated with greater respiratory morbidity. Pre-procedural non-invasive assessment showed inconsistent agreement with catheterization results.
