Pediatric constipation is common, costly and often managed in the Emergency Department. The objectives of this study were to determine the frequency of constipation-related ED visits in a large commercially insured population, the frequency of an office visit in the month before and after these visits, demographics associated with these office visits and the ED-associated payments.

To explore the feasibility of using a low-cost, off-the-shelf virtual reality game to treat young children with developmental coordination disorder and to determine the effect of this intervention on motor function.
Nine children, aged 4 to 6 years, referred to physical therapy because of suspected DCD participated in 10 game-based intervention sessions.
Outcome measures included Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2 , the DCD Questionnaire , the 6-minute walk test, and 10-m walk test.
