    If you're anything like me, whenever you take a vacation, you find yourself stressed about all the outfits you need to pack , and how you're going to work out. Yes, it's a vacation, but being active without having to worry about making it to work on time for a meeting makes the workouts so much more enjoyable. I usually throw some mini bands in my suitcase, pack my TRX , and pray that wherever I'm staying has more than one treadmill and sets of dumbbells in their gym.
